The institute makes use of an appropriate mix of pedagogical tools to train students to handle professional responsibilities. These includes lectures by an appropriate mix of in-house and visiting faculty, expert lectures, discussion, seminars, project assignments and visits to industries sites. Continuous evolution and counseling are important parts of the academic programme.
Counseling to students is an important feature of the institute. Faculty members are assigned a fixed number of students right at the time of their joining of the programme. The faculty in turn has periodic meeting with students in order to evalaute their academic performance and proper orientation towards the programme, guide them to rectify any shortcomings and to solve any problem related to academics and adjustments with his/ her colleagues and faculty menbers.
